Academy Curriculum Overview

The interactive training course covers 5 foundational modules that every host cook should master.

Food Safety & Ghana FDA Standards

Familiarise yourself with the Public Health Act 2012 (Act 851), obtaining health handler cards, and sourcing clean pipeline/sachet water.

Kitchen Sanitation Rules

Strict handwashing rules (20 seconds), hairnets, clean chef aprons, and deep-sanitisation guidelines for knives/utensils.

Danger Zones & Cold Chain

Protecting food from bacterial multiplication between 5°C and 60°C. Storing raw meats safely on lower refrigeration shelves.

Hospitality & Dine-In Warmth
